The location was very convenient. The Opera Garnier, and the Louvre were within walking distance; there were multiple metro stations nearby, and the neighborhood wasn't crowded or dangerous. The room was well-prepared. The hotel offered additional services to enhance the staying experience, which were executed perfectly. The breakfast was tasty, both the beverages and the food. Considering that the hotel doesn't have a dedicated restaurant, they did a very good job. The staff helped us with the orientation, and packed a nice breakfast for us when we checked out, since we had to leave really early in the morning.

The whole team were fab. I contacted the team a day before our arrival to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday and the room was beautifully made with 5 heart balloons, a note and some macarons. Justina, Lena, Meryem, Osman and the two other welcoming, chatty ladies (whose names I can't remember), thank you for your kindness and making my daughter's birthday special. Now I know a quaint place to stay for shopping. Room was fab, quiet, super clean. Hugs. Kindest Veronica, Theresa and Valentina. p.s the balloons arrived safely to London.

A beautiful hotel with a very convenient location near quatre septembre metro, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was very quiet. The bed was big and comfortable. The stuff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and was tasty. Included pancakes, croissants, cheeses, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit salad and many more yummy choices. We stayed at room 602 with a big terrace and a bath inside the room. The lobby has many sitting corners, art books and decorated with art works. We will definitely stay here again.
